TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The user accepts as valid the procedure forms of UNIQUE-treatments; other than those contained in the web www.unique-treatments.com will not be accepted. From the moment the user accesses or registers on our website, declares to have read and understood all the terms and conditions specified herein, as well as our privacy policy, and, therefore, a contract between both parties is produced.

Purchases

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the making of a purchase from UNIQUE constitutes acceptance by the customer of these legal terms and conditions. No stipulation made by the customer may differ from those of UNIQUE unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by UNIQUE.

A purchase is not final until accepted by UNIQUE.

Prices

The prices published by UNIQUE indicate whether VAT, administrative costs and shipping costs are included or not and are valid except for typographical errors.

Terms of payment

Products and services shall be paid for in advance by bank transfer or PayPal or according to the terms and conditions that UNIQUE agrees with the customer.

The cancellation of a payment by any of the methods listed above will incur a refund fee of EUR 9.50 and in case of repetition, of EUR 10.50, which shall be paid entirely by the customer. The customer may be banned from accessing and/or participating in our website until the debt has been paid in full. In the same way, any pending shipments may also be blocked.

Shipping

UNIQUE will not ship any products until UNIQUE's Administration Department has verified that the payment has been made.

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made when the carrier has placed the products at the customer's disposal and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products upon receipt and to state any reservations and complaints that may be justified on the delivery receipt document.

UNIQUE is not responsible for customs charges to other countries, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as the Canary Islands.

UNIQUE does not commit to any urgent delivery. The delivery times indicated by UNIQUE are for guidance only and UNIQUE endeavors to respect them. Nevertheless, any delay will not imply cancellation of the purchase or any compensation.

UNIQUE will ship the products by the means it deems appropriate to meet its commitments.

Warranty

UNIQUE guarantees that the items shipped are new and will be delivered in their original packaging.

 If the purchased item has a defect, the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 [Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007] of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for Consumers and Users [Ley General para Consumidores y Usuarios] and other complementary laws shall apply. The descriptions of the articles do not constitute contractually agreed qualities and will not be considered as characteristics in the sense of article 116 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 [artículo 116 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007], but will only serve as information for the user. The photographs of the articles may differ from the original.

Waiver / Return

UNIQUE grants the user who purchases for particular purposes, a right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal regulations on distance selling.

In on case can they be returned opened or used items. The returns will only be accepted if the merchandise in in perfect state.

It will be done in the same medium purchase payment. Expenses direct returns will be assumed by the consumer.

Right of withdrawal

The user shall have a period of 7 working days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase contract and request a refund of the price paid, without stating reasons, by writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the object received. This period shall be extended to three months from receipt of the product in the event that the user receives this information after the conclusion of the contract. If the user receives this information during the aforementioned period of three months, the period legally provided for the exercise of his right of withdrawal will begin to run from that time. In order for the withdrawal period to be considered observed, it shall be sufficient to send the withdrawal document or the product received on time. Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the services received. If the user is unable to return the service or product as received, but can only return it partially or in poor condition, he must pay the return value, if applicable, unless the damage has occurred as a result of a use in accordance with the agreement or its nature. In the case of use of the product, when the damage is attributable only to its examination, such as an examination that the user could have carried out in a commercial establishment. Otherwise, the user can avoid having to pay the restitution value by refraining from using the product as if it were his own property and from any action that would diminish its value. The packaged items shall be returned in their original packaging and with all their accessories, if any, in perfect condition. The return shipment will be free of charge. Objects that cannot be packed for shipment will be picked up at your home by appointment. The user must comply with the obligation to reimburse payments within 30 days of sending the letter of withdrawal.

By virtue of the withdrawal made within the deadline, the user is not obliged to receive the product. UNIQUE will refund the purchase price if the user has already paid for it.

Force Majeure

The parties shall not be liable for any failure due to force majeure. Performance of the obligation shall be delayed until the cessation of the force majeure event.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The terms and conditions governing this site are protected by and subject to Spanish law.
